conquest-postgres software package provides ConQuest DICOM Server - PostgreSQL backend, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install conquest-postgres
conquest-postgres is installed in your system.
Make ensure the conquest-postgres package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep conquest-postgres *
You will get with conquest-postgres package name, version, architecture and description in a table
